Arthur Waite and Aleister Crowley were both members of the order of the “Golden Dawn” at the same time so studied under the same Masters.  They Both created a Tarot Deck – The Waite deck is considered White Magic and the Crowley is considered Black Magic.  I am the Artist that created the dancing FOOL and he will show you the balance between these two sides of Magic.   I read the Waite Rider deck and reference Crowley deck.

The understanding of the Tarot has baffled many occult students.  Many people are able to read the Tarot without any knowledge of its true meaning or of its background.  There are many questions regarding it and few sources of clear direct answers.  Even the exact history is uncertain.  In reading the cards, I have found that their interpretation is personal.  There is no exact meaning to each card, but each card contains an influence.  Thus, the Tarot is a secret doctrine curiously veiled, and through its symbols will bring to the surface many things, according to your level of understanding.  This can be done either scientifically or intuitively.
